Pengujian Pemanis Sakarin pada Minuman Teh Manis

Makanan jajanan adalah makanan dan minuman yang diolah oleh pengrajin makanan dan minuman di tempat penjualan dan disajikan sebagai makanan atau minuman yang siap santap yang dijual di rumah makan atau restoran. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah Untuk menggetahui kandungan sakarin pada teh manis di pasar malam CNI PURI Jakarta Barat. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada 30 sampel minuman the manis di pasar malam, didapat hasil positif sebanyak 13 sampel (43,3%) dan hasil negatif 17 sampel (56,7%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa 13 sampel the manis tidak disarankan untuk dikonsumsi.
