Abstract

Latar Belakang: Indeks aterogenik plasma (IAP) adalah suatu parameter biokimia yang digunakan untuk menilai risiko penyakit aterosklerosis. Skor Totaled Health Risks in Vascular Events (THRIVE) merupakan alat prediksi risiko untuk memperkirakan hasil klinis dan mortalitas pasien stroke iskemik akut. Pasien dengan IAP yang tinggi memiliki risiko aterosklerosis lebih besar, yang juga tercermin dalam peningkatan skor THRIVE. Dengan demikian, kombinasi dari kedua tools ini dapat membantu dalam memprediksi luaran klinis dan merancang strategi pengelolaan yang lebih efektif bagi pasien stroke iskemik akut. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara indeks aterogenik plasma dan skor THRIVE terhadap luaran klinis pasien stroke iskemik akut di RS Adam Malik Medan. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional terhadap 51 pasien stroke iskemik akut yang dirawat di ruang rawat inap RS Adam Malik Medan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Indeks aterogenik plasma diukur melalui hasil perhitungan logaritma nilai serum trigliserida dibagi dengan nilai serum HDL-C. Skor THRIVE dihitung berdasarkan faktor-faktor seperti usia, hipertensi, diabetes, dan NIHSS pada hari rawatan pertama. Luaran klinis diukur dengan menggunakan modified rankin score pada hari rawatan ketujuh. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan SPSS dengan uji korelasi Gamma. Hasil: Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara IAP dengan luaran klinis pasien stroke iskemik akut yang dinilai melalui skor mRS (r = -0,143; p = 0,844). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara skor THRIVE dengan luaran klinis pasien stroke iskemik akut berdasarkan mRS (r = 0,933; p < 0,001). Diskusi: Skor THRIVE berhubungan dengan luaran klinis pasien stroke iskemik akut.
